Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and providing good customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for updates
- Explain services and resolve customer concerns
- Ensure timely communication with customers
Requirements
- 0 to 6 months experience in insurance field
- Diploma (3 years) / Any Graduate
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & Email handling)
- Previous tele calling/customer service experience preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
