Job Summary
Sangini Matrimony is looking for a Relationship Manager to assist clients in their matrimonial journey. The role involves communicating with registered members, understanding their partner preferences, coordinating suitable profile matches, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact registered clients by phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and partner preferences.
- Suggest suitable matrimonial profiles based on client preferences.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up with clients regarding proposals.
- Maintain accurate client records in the company database.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Work with the team to achieve monthly service goals.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
- Customer service or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
