This is a *full-time, work-from-home role* requiring *night shift availability (aligned with US time zones)* and the ability to work in a *process-driven, technology-enabled environment*.
Required skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in:
* Customer support / back-office operations / property management support
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Experience with *CRM tools* (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
* Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workloads
* Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
* Comfortable working in a *structured, rule-based environment*
Key Responsibilities*
* Handle tenant and owner communications via *email, chat, and phone*
* Manage and update cases using *CRM and property management software*
* Coordinate with maintenance vendors and internal teams
* Track and follow up on work orders, payments, and service requests
* Maintain accurate documentation and case records
* Ensure all tasks are completed within defined *SLA timelines*
* Escalate issues when necessary and ensure proper resolution
* Work within structured workflows and continuously improve efficiency
Preferred (Not Mandatory)*
* Experience in *US real estate or property management*
* Exposure to *AI tools / automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, workflows)
