Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over phone calls, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided lead database.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and conversions in CRM or lead management systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Good listening and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
