In this role, you will identify prospective buyers, conduct property site visits, and negotiate sales contracts to achieve your monthly targets. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a thorough understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients via networking, cold calling, digital marketing follow-ups, and field sourcing.
· Client Consultation: Assess clients' financial abilities and property requirements to recommend the best residential or commercial options.
· Relationship Management: Maintain updated records in the CRM system to cultivate a long-term referral pipeline.
Skills and Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-ticket retail sectors.
· Mobility: A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for prompt client site tours.
