Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of CRM Executives. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Requirements:
- Any Graduations candidates preferred.
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of engineering career paths in India
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented team environment.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and senior management. Experience leading diverse or cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
