Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist Trainer to join our team at Lakmé Academy, Bettiah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty therapy, with the ability to train and mentor students in a classroom and practical environment.
As a Skin Trainer, your responsibility will be to conduct theory and hands-on training sessions related to skin care, skin treatments, and salon procedures. You will play a key role in shaping future professionals in the beauty and wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and informative theory and practical classes on skin care treatments.
- Train students in various facials and skin therapies, including:
- Basic and Advanced Facials
- Hydra Facial
- Clean-up procedures
- Skin analysis and consultation
- Exfoliation techniques
- Threading and Waxing
- Massage techniques related to face and body
- Teach sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to students.
- Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Keep up to date with current beauty and skin care trends.
- Participate in internal training, assessments, and academy activities when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
