Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in marketing IT consultants on bench to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Regularly interact with consultants and identify suitable job opportunities based on their skill sets.
- Submit profiles to open requirements and follow up for interview schedules and closures.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and manage end-to-end sales cycle.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants and requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for new requirements.
- Ensure timely communication with consultants regarding submissions and interview feedback.
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue generation.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing/business model.
- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Established vendor network is a plus.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹10,703.38 - ₹48,140.66 per month
