We are looking for a versatile, highly motivated Sales, Marketing & Operations Executive to manage our growing US client base. This is a multi-faceted role where you will generate leads, close deals, and manage the operational backbone of order fulfillment. The ideal candidate must be completely fluent in English, possess basic knowledge of the diamond industry, and be fully committed to working US business hours. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
- Actively prospect and pitch diamond inventories to US-based jewelers, wholesalers, and retail buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Marketing Support:
- Promote diamond catalogs through digital channels, WhatsApp, and email marketing campaigns.
- Identify potential US market trends and target specific jeweler networks.
- Business Operations:
- Update and maintain internal diamond inventory software and CRMs accurately.
- Process client orders, handle invoicing/documentation, and coordinate with the logistics team for secure international shipping.
- Resolve post-sale client issues and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
- Timing: Must be 100% willing and available to work permanent US Shift timings (Night Shift).
- Language: Exceptional, fluent spoken and written English communication skills (essential for handling US clients).
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the diamond industry (knowledge of the 4Cs—Carat, Cut, Clarity, Color—is a major plus).
- Adaptability: A strong willingness to wear multiple hats, shifting between sales calls, marketing tasks, and operational/data management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
