NDC Diagnostic Centre is seeking an experienced HR & Compliance Manager to oversee our human resources operations across our fully-owned diagnostic branches. This role is crucial for managing our growing manpower needs, ensuring seamless onboarding, executing company policies, and handling employee relations.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in core HR functions as well as the specific financial compliances related to payroll, labor laws, and employee benefits. (Note: The finance responsibilities for this role are strictly limited to HR and payroll compliances).
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
- Identify staffing needs and proactively fulfill manpower requirements across all center locations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and negotiating offers for various roles (e.g., lab technicians, center managers, administrative staff).
2. Onboarding & Training
- Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Coordinate and oversee staff training programs, ensuring all employees are aligned with NDC Diagnostic Centre’s operational standards and patient-care protocols.
3. Payroll Calculation & HR Financial Compliance
- Accurately calculate monthly staff salaries, factoring in attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
- Manage all HR-related financial compliances, including but not limited to PF (Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State Insurance), PT (Professional Tax), and TDS on salaries.
- Maintain meticulous records for audits and ensure timely filing of all statutory HR returns.
4. Employee Relations & Grievance Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Resolve conflicts professionally and effectively, fostering a positive, safe, and productive work environment across all branches.
5. Policy Execution & Labor Law Compliance
- Enforce and execute company policies consistently across the organization.
- Ensure the company remains fully compliant with all current local and national labor laws and employment regulations.
- Update the employee handbook and operational HR policies as needed to reflect legal changes and company growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Proven past experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Manager role, specifically handling recruitment, payroll calculation, and statutory compliances.
- Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date understanding of Indian labor laws, employee compliance frameworks (PF, ESIC, etc.), and standard HR policies.
- Skills:
- Excellent conflict resolution and grievance management skills.
- High proficiency in payroll calculation and related tools/software.
- Strong professional communication skills for interacting with staff at all levels.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
