Jewellery Retail Experience Preferred
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in jewellery retail, jewellery showroom sales, or fine jewellery customer handling.
Candidates who have previously worked in jewellery stores or jewellery brands will be strongly preferred.

We are looking for Jewellery Consultants who enjoy interacting with customers and helping them choose jewellery for important moments and occasions.
Role Overview
As a Jewellery Consultant, you will be the face of the brand inside the store. Your role is to understand customer requirements, guide them through jewellery selections, and deliver a premium buying experience.
Jewellery selling is relationship-driven, and we are looking for individuals who understand customer trust and consultation-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
Jewellery Sales & Customer Experience
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements
- Guide customers in selecting jewellery based on occasion, style, and budget
- Provide detailed product knowledge and styling suggestions
- Assist in achieving store sales targets
- Build repeat and referral customers
Jewellery Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong understanding of jewellery collections and pricing
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, and value confidently
- Stay updated on new jewellery launches
Store Operations Support
- Maintain jewellery display standards
- Assist with billing and packaging
- Ensure proper handling of jewellery inventory
- Support smooth store operations
Customer Relationship Building
- Maintain customer follow-ups
- Support store events and promotions
- Deliver a warm and trustworthy customer experience
Who We Are Looking For
- 1–4 years of jewellery retail or jewellery showroom experience preferred
- Strong interest in jewellery sales and customer interaction
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment
Freshers with internship or exposure to jewellery retail may also be considered.
