About the Role:
We're looking for a Head of Sales who has been in the trenches, built teams, and knows how to drive revenue consistently. This is not a management - only role - you lead from the front, you close, and you build the culture of the sales floor. You'll own the entire sales function- strategy, team performance, pipeline and revenue targets.
What You'll Own:
- Build, lead, and scale the sales team from the ground up
- Set and execute the sales strategy for THA's programs and courses
- Own the revenue targets and be accountable for hitting them
- Coach and mentor the sales team on pitch, objection handling, and closing
- Work closely with the CSO and leadership on pricing, positioning, and growth
- Build and maintain the CRM hygiene and reporting structure
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in high-ticket, education, or consultative sales strongly preferred
- Someone who can sell themselves and teach others to do the same
- Strong communication, people management, and strategic thinking skills

Compensation: ₹50,000/month + Performance-based incentives on top of fixed salary.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
