*Job Title: Admin Executive*
*Location:* Gurgaon
*Experience Required:* 2–3 Years Minimum
### Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
* Coordinate with vendors for office-related services and requirements.
* Manage facility operations including housekeeping, office maintenance, repairs, and transport coordination.
* Arrange and manage travel bookings, accommodation, and related logistics for employees and management.
* Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support and office requirements.
* Maintain office records, bills, and vendor documentation.
* Support overall office management and ensure workplace readiness.
### Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in Administration or Facility Management.
* Hands-on experience in vendor management and office coordination.
* Good understanding of daily admin operations and facility handling.
* Ability to manage on-ground activities and coordinate across departments.
* Comfortable with field coordination and non-desk responsibilities.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
### Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Proactive and responsible individual with strong coordination abilities.
* Candidate should be willing to handle operational and on-ground administrative tasks.
* Prior experience in handling office administration independently will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
