Job Title: Technical Operations Executive – Thinkplus Education
- Manage and maintain the Learnyst LMS platform.
- Create and schedule live class links for online sessions.
- Handle end-to-end LMS operations and course management.
- Monitor live classes and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Learnyst support team via email for issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the LMS and troubleshoot platform-related errors.
- Support faculty and internal teams with LMS-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates on the platform.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
