Job Overview
We are looking for a Solar Technician / Trainer with a strong practical background in solar systems. The candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on practical training to students and trainees and supporting solar lab and training activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and hands-on training on Solar PV systems and installations.
- Train students and trainees on solar components, wiring, installation, testing, and maintenance.
- Demonstrate solar system installation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
- Conduct practical sessions and assessments.
- Support development and maintenance of solar training labs and equipment.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in other technical training activities as required.
Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Candidates must have a strong background in Solar PV / Solar Energy.
- Practical knowledge of solar installation, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations.
- Candidates based in Maharashtra will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
