* *Lead the overall merchandising strategy* across retail stores and e-commerce to drive sales, profitability, and business growth
* *Manage category planning, assortment, inventory, pricing, promotions,* and seasonal product launches
* *Drive sales, margins, inventory productivity,* and analyze MIS reports to improve business performance
* *Build and manage relationships with designers, vendors,* and negotiate commercial terms
* *Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising,* and E-commerce teams
* *Lead, mentor, and develop the Retail Merchandising team* while ensuring smooth merchandising operations and timely order fulfilment
Salary up to *Rs 24 lakh per annum* (can be increased slightly)
