Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Product Delivery roles.
- Strong experience in Communications, Enterprise Platforms, ECM, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience working with OpenText products, developers, or enterprise content/document management systems.
- Strong understanding of:
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- APIs & integrations
- Migration programs
- Workflow systems
- Enterprise application modernization
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large enterprise delivery programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Azure DevOps
- ServiceNow
- Figma (preferred)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in communications or telecom domain environments.
- Exposure to enterprise messaging, document lifecycle systems, workflow orchestration, or customer communication platforms.
- Experience working in large-scale migration or transformation programs.
- Technical understanding of microservices, cloud migration, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Scrum/Product Owner certifications preferred.
