- Draft emails, letters, presentations, and other business communications.
- Conduct internet research and compile information as required.
- Assist with administrative, operational, and occasional personal tasks for the MD.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Office Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Secretarial training or certification will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a stable employment history will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Exceptional follow-up and task-management skills (most critical requirement).
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Good internet research and problem-solving skills.
- High standards of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.
Preferred Profile
- Mature, responsible, and committed professional.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling multiple priorities.
- Willing to take ownership of both business and occasional personal coordination tasks for the MD.
