Job Title: Operations Manager – Interior Design Projects
Job Location : Kochi , Vytila
Salary : 20000 to 40000
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Oversee end-to-end residential or commercial fit-out workflows from design handoff to client handover.
Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage material sourcing, vendor negotiations, manufacturing schedules, and site logistics.
Quality & Safety Control: Enforce safety compliance, building standards, and fine-finish quality checks across all active project sites.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal design teams, factory production units, site supervisors, and external contractors.
Financial Management: Track project budgets, control labor and material costs, and oversee client billings or job-cost forecasting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Business Operations.
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of operational or project management experience within the interior fit-out, construction, or modular furniture industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of building materials, finish specifications, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and reading blueprints/CAD drafts.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, timeline planning, crisis management, and stakeholder communication
