Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT In-Charge to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensure smooth functioning of hardware and software systems, provide technical support, and oversee network security and technology-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to staff members.
- Maintain data backup and recovery systems.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols are implemented.
- Manage school ERP, email systems, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and smart classroom technology.
- Maintain inventory records of all IT assets.
- Generate periodic IT reports and recommend technology upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, and smart classroom technologies is preferred.
