Job Summary :
We are looking for a Google Ads (CPC) Expert to manage and optimize paid campaigns for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display
- , and Performance Max campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Eligibility :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
- Real estate digital marketing experience preferred.
- Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
Skills :
- Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Keyword Research, CPC Optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to achieve lead generation and ROI targets.
