Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical excellence across hospital departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' clinical conditions accurately.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Supervise and guide junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with NABH and infection control standards.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Required Skills:
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety practices.
- Ability to handle emergency and critical care situations confidently.
- Leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in nursing documentation and hospital information systems.
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
Experience: 3–5 Years in a multispecialty hospital
