We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can leverage AI tools, create compelling visual content, and support our marketing and branding initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Content Creation
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Utilize AI-powered video creation and editing tools to improve productivity and content quality.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts and campaigns.
Graphic Design
- Design creative graphics for social media, digital advertisements, websites, presentations, brochures, banners, and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing branding assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop infographics, promotional creatives, and campaign visuals.
Drone Operations & Video Shoots
- Operate drones safely and professionally for property showcases, site visits, events, and promotional shoots.
- Capture high-quality aerial photos and videos.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, and composition.
- Ensure compliance with local drone regulations and safety standards.
AI & Digital Tools
- Use AI tools for video generation, image creation, editing, voiceovers, and content enhancement.
- Work with platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and digital content trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Experience using AI-based content creation tools.
- Knowledge of drone operation and aerial videography (valid drone certification/license preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing trends.
- Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, or property marketing.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience managing social media content creation.
