Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and overall HR administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical, nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage job postings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Employee Onboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate ID cards, uniforms, email creation, and departmental introductions.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift coordination.
- Support payroll processing with accurate employee data.
- Update employee database and HRMS.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separations.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospital policies.
- Maintain statutory records.
- Assist during audits and accreditation processes (NABH experience preferred).
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmations.
- Support appraisal cycles.
- Track employee training and development programs.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Experience
- 2–5 years of HR experience.
- Experience in hospitals or healthcare organizations is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with payroll coordination.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HRMS software is an advantage.
