Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, courteous, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front office and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintain a professional appearance, and efficiently handle front desk operations while ensuring a positive visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Receive and relay messages accurately to the concerned employees.
- Coordinate visitor appointments and inform employees of guest arrivals.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with company security procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, parcels, and postal mail.
- Sort, distribute, and maintain records of official correspondence and documents.
- Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate hospitality arrangements for meetings.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and document management.
- Maintain office stationery and pantry inventory and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, facility management, and vendors for smooth office operations.
- Support HR and Administration with onboarding formalities, employee documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Perform any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

- Diploma or certification in Administration or Front Office Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar administrative role.
