Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent from initial outreach to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 100+ LinkedIn connections with an active LinkedIn profile.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Shine, or other job portals.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Any Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate) is eligible to apply.
- 0–1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
