We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive company growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client relationship management to build long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IT sales or digital marketing industry.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
