Equipment & Facility Planning for Press shop/Sheet metal stamping shop
Greenfield plant setup
New Equipment/facility planning and installation.
Technical Support to Production / Maintenance for production ramp up, productivity
Improvement and troubleshooting
Job Responsibilities
:
Understanding project timelines & analyze critical path to achieve targets
Specification finalization for equipment after understanding the project scope and implementing feedback of internal customers
Procurement of equipment with latest technologies and selection of procurement partners. Benchmarking with global technology & implementation in upcoming projects
Design approval and buyoff considering SQPC requirement
Commissioning of all facilities and equipment in Press Shop
Understanding of lean manufacturing, six sigma and implementation in work areas
Ensuring safe environment and quality assurance during installation and commissioning of equipment
Analysis of production requirement & propose & implement countermeasures related to space & capacity planning to match production targets
Competencies / Skills
Functional/Technical
:
Sound knowledge of Press shop Equipments (Press, EOT Crane, Conveyor) & Press shop operation mandatory
Hands on Experience in Erection & Commissioning of equipments.
Work experience in Greenfield projects will be preferred.
Expertise in press machine accuracy check and Robots teaching/ simulation / troubleshooting
Experience in Automated equipments such as Automatic Guided vehicle (AGV), Autonomous mobile robots (AMR), Automatic guided forklift (AGF)
AutoCAD, Knowledge of PLC/Drives mandatory
Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced & MS Power Point
Knowledge of PowerBI & IOT.
