Job Summary:
is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher for its Central Academy, Sanchore branch. The candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for primary students while fostering their academic, social, emotional, and overall development through effective teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach primary classes using interactive and student-centered teaching methods.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons as per the curriculum guidelines.
- Develop students’ communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Assess students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback to parents.
- Maintain accurate student records, worksheets, and classroom documentation.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Promote discipline, moral values, hygiene, and positive behavior among students.
- Participate in school events, meetings, trainings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators for academic planning and student development.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in relevant subject(s).
- B.Ed preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in Primary classes preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom handling skills preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (as per school timings)
