Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our products and services, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate call records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the provided database.
- Clearly explain company products and services in Hindi and English.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems or data sheets.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Tele-sales, or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
