Process & Proposal Manager – Water & Wastewater Treatment

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process & Proposal Manager to lead process engineering and proposal activities for Water & Wastewater Treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in treatment technologies, proposal preparation, tender analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Design and develop treatment systems including ETP, STP, WTP, UF, RO, DM, and desalination plants.
- Develop process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and technical documentation.
- Analyze tenders, prepare pre-bid queries, and develop cost estimates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and process optimization activities.
- Ensure proposals and designs comply with client requirements and industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in water and wastewater process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RO, desalination, filtration, ion exchange, biological treatment, and physicochemical treatment processes.
- Experience in technical proposal preparation and tender evaluation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
