We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive quality engineering initiatives and lead the design, development, and execution of scalable test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Selenium, API automation, and modern QA practices, along with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver.

Define and drive automation strategy to improve test coverage, efficiency, and product quality.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Review test plans, automation scripts, and testing processes to maintain QA standards.

Perform defect analysis, root cause investigation, and recommend preventive measures.

Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation best practices and quality processes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function.

Participate in release planning, sprint ceremonies, and quality governance activities.

5+ years of experience in QA Automation and Quality Engineering.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Rest Assured.

Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.

Strong experience in API Testing, Database Testing, and Performance Testing.

Hands-on experience with TestNG and BDD frameworks.

Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience leading or mentoring QA teams.

Exposure to Banking, FinTech, or Insurance domains.
