Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2D Assistant Architect to support our architectural team in creating precise 2D drawings, plans, and layouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, be proficient in 2D CAD software, and collaborate effectively with senior architects to translate design concepts into detailed architectural drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and drafting 2D architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and other architectural drawings based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to translate initial design concepts into technical drawings.
- Revise and update existing drawings as per design changes or client feedback.
- Ensure that all drawings meet company standards and adhere to project specifications.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion of architectural drawings.
- Assist in producing presentation materials and documentation for clients.
- Coordinate with various teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and other systems into architectural drawings.
- Maintain organized project files and drawing archives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 2D CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Excellent drafting skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and understand construction documents.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines for multiple projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good verbal, written English communication skills
Education: B.Arch or Dip. in Architecture
Shift: Morning Shift
Timing: 6:00 am to 3 Pm.
Working days: Monday to Friday (saturday will be the half-day)
Experience: 3 to 6 years.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
