AI-Driven Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist
About the Role
Sigma Solve is looking for an AI-Driven Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to drive qualified B2B lead generation for our technology services business.
This role is ideal for someone who combines lead generation, outbound email marketing, SEO, analytics, and AI-powered prospecting to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify high-intent prospects, create personalized outreach campaigns, optimize conversion performance, and improve campaign ROI using data-driven strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Powered Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify high-intent B2B prospects, decision-makers, and target accounts using AI tools and research platforms
- Analyze buying signals such as hiring trends, funding activity, technology stack, website changes, and business growth indicators
- Build segmented prospect databases based on industry, role, company size, geography, and business needs
- Use AI tools to personalize outreach messaging while maintaining accuracy and professional communication
- Support campaign ideation, messaging variations, and lead research using AI-assisted tools
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns for B2B lead generation
- Build targeted email sequences and nurture campaigns
- Manage follow-up workflows and campaign calendars
- Monitor key email performance metrics including:
- Open rates
- Click-through rates
- Reply rates
- Bounce rates
- Meeting conversions
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion
Campaign Optimization & A/B Testing
- Design and execute A/B tests for:
- Subject lines
- Email messaging
- CTA variations
- Audience segments
- Sending times
- Landing pages
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements
- Share campaign insights and optimization strategies with leadership
SEO & Website Marketing Support
- Support SEO efforts for technology service offerings
- Conduct keyword research for relevant industries and services
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, and service pages for search visibility and conversions
- Recommend content ideas based on campaign performance and search trends
- Write short-form marketing content including landing page copy, email messaging, and campaign assets
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track campaign and website performance using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Microsoft Clarity
- Monitor website behavior, heatmaps, session recordings, and conversion tracking
- Connect marketing campaigns with CRM performance and qualified lead outcomes
- Maintain accurate lead source and campaign reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Lead Generation / Email Marketing / Demand Generation / Growth Marketing
- Hands-on experience with B2B outbound email campaigns
- Experience using AI tools for lead generation, prospecting, and personalization
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Experience with SEO, keyword research, and website optimization
- Experience with CRM and outreach tools such as:
- HubSpot
- Apollo
- Lemlist
- Mailchimp
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ZoomInfo
- Experience with analytics tools:
- GA4
- GTM
- Microsoft Clarity
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS / IT Services / Software Development / Technology Services preferred
