KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Valuation for Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural properties for loans applicants mortgages, asset management.
· Inspect the Property both external and internal ways. Inspect any issues impacting valuation.
· Maintain a well structure valuation reports, finding and market rationale.
· Liaise effectively with clients, bankers, legal advisor to facilitate smooth workflows and client satisfaction.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Location : Nungambakkam Chennai
Timings: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Working Days: Mon to Sat (2nd Sat) leave
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
