About the Role
Marconix is looking for an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter Executive with strong IT & Non-IT full-cycle recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Recruit for both IT & Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
- Manage offer negotiation, joining and candidate closures.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain hiring MIS.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
- Good English communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic and strong follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
- Good Hindi communication.
