We are hiring an experienced HR professional for our plant operations at Dahej. Candidate should have experience in handling HR activities in a chemical/manufacturing industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & onboarding of plant employees
- Attendance, leave & manpower management
- Statutory compliance & contractor coordination
- Employee engagement & grievance handling
- Payroll support and HR documentation
- Coordination with plant departments for HR operations
Requirements:
- Experience in Chemical / Manufacturing Industry preferred
- Good knowledge of plant HR operations and compliances
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Experience: 2–6 Years preferred
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹33,141.10 per month
Work Location: In person
