Job Summary
SLBS Marklance is looking for a dedicated and organized Accounts cum Student Coordinator to manage day-to-day accounting activities while also coordinating with students regarding admissions, course schedules, payments, and general support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Administration
Maintain daily accounts, receipts, and payment records
Handle invoice preparation, fee collection, and expense tracking
Manage petty cash and basic bookkeeping activities
Coordinate with management regarding financial reports and pending payments
Maintain accurate student payment and account records
Support office administration and documentation work
Student Coordination
Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and direct interaction
Coordinate admissions, follow-ups, and student registrations
Maintain student databases and attendance records
Assist students with course-related information and scheduling
Coordinate between trainers, students, and management
Ensure smooth communication and student support services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Experience in Tally or accounting software is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage office coordination efficiently
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
