Job Description
We are looking for an In-House Recruiter for domestic hiring requirements. The candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Source profiles through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules
Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Requirements
1–3 years of recruitment experience
Strong sourcing skills and portal handling knowledge
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Work Schedule & Benefits
Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Sunday fixed off + Indian festival holidays
