A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to generate sales, provide information about products or services, handle inquiries, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products/services and answer customer questions
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Handle customer complaints or redirect to appropriate departments.
Qualification,
- 12th or Any degree
- Good communication skills
