Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with expertise in Civil/ Electrical/ Plumbing and interior work execution. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate Architecture and interior site work. Ensure quality control and timely completion of projects. Manage and guide on-site workers. Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients. Maintain site safety and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Fluency in Malayalam, English and Hindi Language
Proven experience in Civil/ Interior site supervision works. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Diploma / Graduation / Work Experience will be added advantage
Two and Four Wheeler Driving Licence will be added advantage.
Two Wheeler is mandatory for work.
Location:
Reporting Office will be at Panampilly Nagar, Cochin. If required to travel for out of station projects accommodation will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working Time: 8 AM to 6 PM -Overtime if Required
Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
