LEEDZ is a unique venture established in 2014, offering services in Overseas Education, Corporate Training & Placement, and training programs for IELTS, PTE, OET, Communicative English, and Nurses License Examinations.
As part of our expansion, LEEDZ is introducing Diploma and PG Diploma programs in Hospital Administration, Logistics, Hospitality Management, and other business-related courses. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead and grow this new vertical.
Position: Branch Head
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong expertise in educational institution management, business development, marketing, sales, lead generation, and administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling branch operations and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies
- Drive admissions, sales, and lead conversion activities
- Build and manage partnerships with colleges, hospitals, corporates, and institutions
- Lead student counseling and admission processes
- Manage and monitor branch revenue targets and performance metrics
- Recruit, train, and supervise faculty and administrative staff
- Ensure high-quality student experience and operational excellence
- Plan promotional campaigns, seminars, workshops, and outreach programs
- Maintain reports, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities for expansion and new course development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing educational institutions, training centers, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, lead generation, and branch administration
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to achieve admission and revenue targets
- Experience in overseas education or professional training sector will be an added advantage
