Job Description: Operations Manager
Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
We are a growing export-oriented manufacturing company seeking an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Operations to oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations across factory and office functions. This is a leadership role for a hands-on professional who can drive execution, improve systems, and support the company's growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor activities across Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics.
Ensure smooth production planning, timely procurement, inventory control, and on-time dispatches.
Track daily operational performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Implement and strengthen systems, SOPs, reporting structures, and interdepartmental communication.
Conduct regular review meetings and ensure timely closure of action points.
Develop MIS reports and provide management with operational insights and performance updates.
Improve productivity, accountability, process efficiency, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, and service providers as required.
Support management in strategic initiatives, expansion projects, and continuous improvement programs.
Candidate Profile:
7–15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, factory management, production planning, supply chain, or business operations.
Experience in rubber, tyre, plastics, chemicals, engineering, or similar manufacturing industries preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple departments and drive execution independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced MSME environment.
Qualification: Diploma, Engineering, Commerce, or MBA with relevant manufacturing experience.
Pay: ₹14,152.16 - ₹49,477.51 per month
