Key Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and follow up with applicants.
- Help with onboarding activities, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
- Support attendance tracking, leave records, and HR data entry.
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Handle basic HR admin work including file management and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with different departments as needed for HR tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
