About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Head – People & Culture to lead our people strategy and build a high-performing, people-first workplace. This role requires a strategic HR leader who can partner with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while driving organizational growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations.
- Build a positive, high-performance culture that supports business growth.
- Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning and talent strategies.
- Establish scalable HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Drive leadership hiring, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Design employee engagement, retention, recognition, and career development programs.
- Oversee performance management frameworks and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Develop HR dashboards and leverage data to improve people decisions.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT Services or BPO industry.
- 3–5 years of experience leading HR teams in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Experience driving organizational change and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
Pay: ₹23,453.87 - ₹90,471.22 per month
