Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Cum Receptionist to manage front office operations while supporting the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, following up with customers, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain visitor registers and front office records.
- Update customer details in CRM or Excel.
- Perform general administrative and office coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, or Sales Support.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
