Vikatan Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer interactions through chat-based support efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through chat platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Good English communication and typing skills preferred
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Shift Details
Process: Semi-Chat Process
Work Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Location: Paravai, Madurai
