We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist customers with product information and store services.
- Support the sales team and perform other duties as assigned.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
