About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic US Telecaller to connect with potential clients in the US market and schedule product demos for our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy speaking with customers, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects.
- Introduce our software solution professionally.
- Schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads via calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly demo booking targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Neutral accent with clear pronunciation.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Experience in US calling, cold calling, appointment setting, or telecalling is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in the US night shift.

Preferred Experience:
- 6 months – 2 years in US Telecalling, Appointment Setting, or International BPO.
