Hiring: Junior Customer Experience Assistant (Remote)
We are looking for a Junior Customer Experience Assistant with 6 months to 1 year of experience working with a luxury e-commerce brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via Email, Live Chat, and Social Media.
- Process exchanges, refunds, and other customer requests accurately and on time.
- Deliver a professional, empathetic, and customer-first experience.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce customer support (preferably luxury or premium brands).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Patient, polite, and solution-oriented when handling customers.
- Own laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.
Working Schedule
- Remote
- Monday to Saturday
- Flexible working hours
Compensation
Starting Salary: ₹16,000 per month
Performance-based incentives for outstanding work
